Quick Policy Summary
- US Shipping Only: Surfbark currently ships and processes returns/exchanges within the United States only.
- 30-Day Window: Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unwashed, unused, and completely free of dog hair, dirt, or odor with original tags attached.
- Fast Size Swaps: Need a new size? Place a quick order for the correct size on our site, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label for your original item!
Terms & Conditions
Try-On Tips: Please try the robe on your pup indoors while they are clean and dry before removing tags or using it outdoors. Due to hygiene safety, items used on wet dogs cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping: For standard refunds, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are doing a size exchange by placing a new order, we cover the return shipping label!
Order Changes: Once an order is placed, it enters warehouse fulfillment immediately and cannot be canceled. Please contact us right away if you need to update a size or shipping address.
Refund Processing: Once received and inspected by our US warehouse, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
